I loved the Owlcrate July boxes so much and the themes for the August boxes intrigued me so I went for another month on both!
Here is what's inside each box
For Owlcrate we got a book sleeve with art by Dri Gomez inspired by Raven Boys; a collectible book tin inspired by A Darker Shade of Magic; a reading kit with paper and pen designed by @paperbackbones inspired by If We Were Villains; an ex libris stamp designed by Little Inklings Design; a metal bookmark designed by @paperbackbones inspired by The Secret History; some tea blended by Riddle's Tea Shoppe; the monthly enamel pin created by Icey Designs; and, finally, the book of the month, A Lesson in Vengeance by Victoria Lee.
As for the Owlcrate Jr, we got a beautiful 3D-printed LED moon lamp and stand; a Lord of the Rings inspired lunar hand mirror designed by Katelyn Clemons; Some origami paper from Aitoh; a kalediscope featuring a quote from The Girl Who Drank The Moon designed by @stephstilwell; an enamel pin designed by Hafsah Faizal; this month's collectible sticker designed by @kenichaffee; and, finally, the book of the month, The Plentiful Darkness by Heather Kassner.
I'm very excited about everything in those two boxes. My son had such a blast looking through the kalediscope and sleeps with the moon lamp on every night. I'm not a tea person, but I will definitely try this one out because it sounds delicious. I'm also obviously excited to add these books to my TBR and jump into them when I get to them. For next month, I only subscribed to the Owlcrate, not the jr. since my son is not able to read the books yet. I can't wait to see what they put in it!
